5 important property checks every homeowner should perform

1. Ground condition

The condition of the ground surrounding your property can have an impact on the foundations of your building. For instance, if the ground is too dry, the soil can shrink and your foundations may shift into the newfound gaps. Likewise, if the ground is too wet, the soil will expand and put pressure on the foundations. Either way, you may end up with cracks and leaks in the property. 2. Windows

As we enter into spring, you’ll want to clean your windows inside and out, as the shining sun will highlight any marks on the glass.
