Feel Pro Creatine: Review
Creatine has become my new best friend in the past year (along with Collagen, Omega 3 and Magnesium) – my daily staples as I navigate through perimenopause. I admit, it took me a while to accept creatine as a “beneficial daily supplement” because let’s face it, for years we’ve only viewed it through the lens of muscle-building gym-goers, thinking it’s used just for “bulking up”.
